Your questions, answered

How do we get started?

Simply reach out to one of the clinics for an initial consultation or book online.

Do you write up meal plans?

We typically don’t provide meal plans, as we believe meal plans are often not a sustainable solution. However, we can provide a tailor-made meal plan at an additional cost if needed.

While referral letters are helpful to understand your condition and what you need help with, you do not need a referral.

Do I need a referral?

Can I use private health insurance or GP care plans?

Absolutely. You can use private health insurance extras cover or you can organise a care plan with your GP, allowing visits to be subsidised by Medicare. If you don’t have either, that’s okay too.

What if I don’t know what I need help with?

No worries! We can help identify any gaps in your current diet, prioritise any areas for improvement and work through it together.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

Not necessarily, however it is often helpful if you provide a copy of your most recent blood test and a health summary/list of medications.

Do I need to write a food diary before I come?

No, you do not need to bring a food diary, however it can be very useful, particularly if you have gut health issues.
